The Project Manager defines job activities and requirements for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and implementing project and/or interrelated program activities in a Project / Program Management Office (PMO) environment, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role facilitates and executes internally defined processes in IT projects, product management, budget alignment, service level management and IT Services Management.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide leadership, organization, and coordination to support PMO activities, including program planning, governance, and project management oversight.
  • Ensure all PMO‑managed projects follow established project management methodologies, best practices, and standardized delivery approaches.
  • Lead change initiatives and promote the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and practices.
  • Guide project stakeholders in defining project scope, charters, and other key project deliverables to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Maintain and enforce processes to keep project documentation, reports, and plans accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Track, assess, and report project portfolio performance to deliver a real‑time, prioritized, and comprehensive view of all active initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance the project management framework, supporting disciplines, and global delivery methods to drive consistency and adherence across cross‑functional teams.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with managers and staff; oversee, prioritize, and guide daily activities of assigned personnel while providing direction on technical standards, planning, and best practices.

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management on enterprise level projects with an emphasis on software applications, hardware implementation, and integration.
  • Knowledge of Project Management best practices, principles, and practices.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Models (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS or Project Management.
  • Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements of the company’s insurance provider.

USD $110,000.00/Yr.
