The Corporate Sales Administrator is responsible for designing, maintaining, and delivering critical sales, inventory, and financial reporting that supports Vehicle Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. This role ensures data accuracy across SAP, CRM, and inventory systems, and provides insights for operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and ongoing management of comprehensive sales, inventory, and backlog reporting for new vehicle sales.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, ensuring accurate unit counts, deal details, and comparative performance analysis.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses of sold units to identify, investigate, and resolve data variances.
- Evaluate sales order modifications and cancellations to identify trends and provide insights that support management decision-making.
- Support executive and stakeholder reporting by delivering timely, accurate insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Maintain data governance standards to ensure consistency, integrity, and on-time delivery across all reporting outputs
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED), required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.
- Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
- A valid driver’s license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements of the company’s insurance provider
