The Director of Ethics and Compliance Business Systems Analysis plans, implements, and supports technological risk mitigation strategies and tactics pertaining to the Company’s ethics and compliance program.

Essential Job Functions

  • Analyze trends and use complex data modeling to identify and reduce ethics and compliance related risk.
  • Develop, implement and support department dashboard.
  • Develop and distribute both routine and ad-hoc reports
  • Develop effective written communications on various ethics and compliance topics including presentations, compliance manual policies and procedures, reports, and training materials.
  • Oversee and administer the various reporting mechanisms, including the Ethics Helpline
  • Review and interpret regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and perform corresponding follow up.
  • Perform special assignments and projects as assigned by the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Business, Accounting or related field from an accredited university or college preferred.
  • A Master in Business Administration or a Juris Doctorate is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience.

Candidate must report to the Corporate HQ in New Braunfels, Texas.
