The Service Program Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of RushCare by leading tailored service program initiatives that elevate the customer experience across Rush Truck Centers. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution designing customer-focused programs, partnering with cross-functional teams, and transforming customer insights into operational excellence that drives measurable results and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee team staffing, training, and leadership development.

• Lead the implementation and execution of service programs across the organization.

• Design and oversee multiple service systems and policies.

• Develop and implement metrics for service programs and provide prompt and insightful analysis to inform strategic enhancements that drive growth and profitability.

• Create and implement strategic processes for system management of programs, including campaigns and recalls, communication management, concierge services for top customers, and contact center operations.

• Provide RushCare Service Program service functions with comprehensive responsibility for managing organization-wide policies, procedures, and systems.

• Ensure effective communication and reporting of programs and employees with business units and senior management.

• Collaborate with leadership, field operations, and support teams to develop, refine, and optimize programs that deliver a best-in-class customer experience within the industry.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years' experience with service operations management or service billing management.

• Team leadership experience preferred.

• Experience integrating people and processes with systems is highly desirable.

• Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.

• Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.

Other Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to multitask under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong SAP, financial, Excel, and database skills.

• Expert-level financial, quantitative, and analytical skills; and experience with business reporting.

• Understanding of project management process.

• Ability to apply reason and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

• Ability to identify and analyze problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations and formulate the appropriate solutions.
