The Corporate Associate Buyer supports the organization’s purchasing and procurement functions by sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisitions
that meet business and quality standards. This role also assists locations in analyzing their spend with
suppliers.
Essential Job Functions
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support informed business decisions.
- Builds and maintains interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to visualize purchasing performance, supplier metrics, and inventory health.
- Extracts and integrates data from multiple sources, including Enterprise Report Planning (ERP) systems, supplier databases, and pricing tools, for comprehensive analysis.
- Develops automated data models and processes to streamline reporting, enhance accuracy, and enable real-time procurement insights.
- Designs and implements data-cleaning and transformation methods to ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of analytics outputs.
- Utilizes statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast demand, pricing trends, and supplier risk.
- Negotiates purchase terms and conditions in accordance with company standards and established budgets.
- Coordinates the purchasing of parts, equipment, supplies, and services to support dealership and corporate operations.
- Prepares summaries that monitor supplier key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, quality performance, and cost variance.
- Continuously improves analytics workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and drive cost savings across procurement operations.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience, ideally in automotive or
- corporate environments.
- Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
- A valid driver’s license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements of the company’s insurance provider
