The Employee Experience Specialist partners with Sr. Manager, Employee Experience to help plan and execute strategic engagement activities and support consistent company culture throughout our U.S. and Canadian operating areas. This role will serve as a liaison across all divisions of the company and provide assistance and support to further develop a variety of programs and initiatives through the Rush Enterprises employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute "Moments that Matter" programs (Rush Foundation, recognition programs, etc.),
    corporate coin visit, community engagement initiatives, retention efforts, and employee lifecycle
    feedback projects.
  • Support and execute employee experience program management.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, program updates, quarterly and annual metrics for leadership
    reporting, budgeting and planning; also, provide survey tool and software management.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Manager on engagement event scheduling, leader and employee
    communications, tracking participant registration, and project planning.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager and Marketing team for special event logistics.
  • Drive employee engagement across corporate and field teams by promoting engagement and
    retention participation and support business goals and community impact initiatives
  • Maintain documentation for review of partnership and sponsorship agreements to ensure rights
    and benefits are properly executed.
  • Utilize metrics and data to drive efficiencies, process and program improvements, and
    implementation and adoption of quality programs.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field is
    preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee engagement, progressively increasing
    responsibilities in community relations, HR programs, internal communications, and employee
    survey software (i.e. Qualtrics, Culture Amp, etc.); or applicable work experience in lieu of
    education is accepted.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements
    of the company’s insurance provider.

Other Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Knowledgeable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledgeable with project management, HR systems, and processes.
  • Prior experience with employee survey software.
  • Strong understanding of the best practices for employee experience principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, inter-personal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Marketing,
    leadership, and other departments, to align employee experience initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employee
    experience and engagement to continuously improve programs and processes.
