The Secondary Assistant Principal supports NBCA’s mission by helping lead a Christ-centered learning environment for students in grades 6–12. This position partners with the Principal to support the academic, behavioral, social, emotional, and spiritual development of students while fostering a safe, caring, and faith-filled school culture. Responsibilities include assisting with daily campus operations, student discipline, instructional support, communication with families and staff, and coordination of school programs and activities in alignment with the mission and values of the school.
