The Elementary School Counselor supports NBCA’s mission by providing Christ-centered counseling services that nurture students’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development. This role guides students using biblical principles, helping them grow in character, faith, and relationships while developing healthy coping skills and positive behaviors. The counselor partners closely with families, teachers, and staff to support the whole child and foster a safe, caring, and faith-filled learning environment.
