Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives lead generation within the LCPcertified vertical by identifying and qualifying prospective clients for LCPtracker, Inc. Through strategic outreach and relationship-building, the SDR uncovers customer needs and decision-makers to support new and repeat business growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads from demo requests, content downloads, referrals, and other sources.

  • Prospect and engage targeted buyers through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.

  • Support Account Executives (AEs) in the sales process for prevailing wage, labor, and workforce compliance software solutions.

  • Assist in developing new client relationships and identifying business opportunities.

  • Prepare and support proposal development in collaboration with AEs.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet quarterly and annual sales quotas.

  • Promote LCPtracker products within an assigned vertical market.

  • Utilize CRM systems and related tools to manage the sales cycle and enhance productivity.

  • Participate in select trade shows and educational conferences at the local, regional, or national level.

  • Generate qualified leads and manage inbound/outbound lead generation efforts.

Education and Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred but not necessary.

  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience.

  • Proven success with lead qualifying

  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in engaging effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated competence with standard computer applications (such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.); commitment to acquiring knowledge of CRM systems.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment in New Braunfels, TX and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However, some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.

Salary Range

They hourly rate is $22.00 to $24.00 + Sales Incentive Plan + Benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
