LCPtracker, Inc. is a cloud-based software (SaaS) provider specializing in labor compliance for public works construction projects. Headquartered in Orange, CA – with offices in New Braunfels, TX and Fenton, MI LCPtracker helps government agencies and prime contractors meet Davis-Bacon/prevailing wage compliance requirements on projects backed by federal, state, and/or local funding.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Development Representative to supercharge our outbound sales initiatives. This critical role is designed for individuals passionate about prospecting, lead mining, and building relationships with key decision-makers in the public works sector. As an SDR at LCPtracker, you’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to fuel the sales pipeline, drive business growth, and help shape the future of labor compliance technology.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic outbound sales campaigns through phone, email, and social platforms to identify and engage potential prospects within target verticals.

Take responsibility for lead mining by researching and assembling targeted prospect lists to support outbound sales efforts.

Handle and respond to inbound calls and outreach, ensuring all potential client interactions are leveraged to qualify interest in LCPtracker solutions.

Conduct webinars and virtual sessions for potential clients, effectively showcasing LCPtracker value for public works compliance.

Qualify leads through in-depth, probing conversations to uncover organizational needs and assess readiness for our technology.

Work closely with vertical-specific Account Executives to coordinate and schedule product demonstrations, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of all outbound and inbound activities in the CRM, tracking engagement and managing a robust pipeline.

Represent LCPtracker at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand presence and expand market reach.

Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools for effective communication, outreach, and reporting.

Collaborate regularly with Account Executive partners, sharing feedback and insights to refine and optimize outbound strategies within assigned verticals.

Education and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred but not necessary.

Experience: Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Communication: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in engaging effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Interest in Sales: An interest in developing a career in sales and acquiring knowledge of best practices.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated competence with standard computer applications (such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.); commitment to acquiring knowledge of CRM systems.

Work Environment
This position performs its duties on site from our New Braunfels, TX office. This position operates in a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However, some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.
Salary Range
Sales Development Representative I Rate $22.00 to $24.00 per hour + Sales Incentive Plan + Benefits.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
