We are looking to grow our team with a Wellness Director LVN who shares our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience/lifestyle for our residents.

Hiring Immediately!

Starting pay up to $78,000 annual salary based on experience.

Summary: The Wellness Director LVN's primary focus is to assist in the planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Assisted Living Unit in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards and regulations that govern the Assisted Living Care center and as directed by the CEO to assure that quality of care is maintained at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Administers Assisted Living regulations in an appropriate manner and assists with license renewal process.
  • Responsibility for admissions and distributing current information concerning new admissions, room assignments, etc.
  • Recruits, hires, trains and supervises personnel, developing work assignments and schedule duty hours to ensure quality care is maintained.

Education and/or Experience

  • LVN or RN license is required.
  • An Associates degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
  • A Bachelor’s degree; or
  • Proof of graduation from an accredited high school or certification of equivalency of graduation and at least one year of experience working in management or in healthcare industry management.
