Are you a skilled Cook who loves creating memorable dining experiences but also values a consistent schedule and work-life balance? At EdenHill Communities, our culinary team goes beyond traditional senior living dining. We focus on fun, flavorful, and elegant meals that feel more like a restaurant experience.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a cook who takes pride in presentation, enjoys engaging with guests, and wants their work to genuinely make someone’s day, without late nights or high-pressure service.

Position Details:

• Hourly Pay: $16 – $19.50 (based on relevant experience)
• Shifts: 8–12 hours
• Schedule Perks: No late nights

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Starting pay up to $19.50 per hour based on relevant experience. Sign on bonus of $1000.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items with a strong focus on quality, flavor, and presentation
• Execute recipes and daily production schedules to ensure smooth and timely service
• Support creative and themed dining experiences that bring excitement to the table
• Ensure meals meet dietary needs while still looking and tasting great
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• Monitor service lines for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal
• Receive and inspect food deliveries for quality and freshness
• Properly portion, plate, and garnish meals
• Communicate positively with residents and teammates as front-of-house connection matters here
• Model EdenHill’s hospitality-driven culture in every interaction
• Assist with other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Baker, Prep Cook or similar culinary role
• A passion for cooking that goes beyond basic production
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• A genuine desire to create positive experiences for residents and guests through food
