Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality care for residents, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties
- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Manage budgets and financial operations of the facility
- Oversee medication administration and ensure proper protocols are followed
- Coordinate memory care and dementia care programs
- Uphold resident rights and ensure a high standard of senior care
- Supervise staff in providing assisted living services
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care, long term care, or related field
- Knowledge of care plans, memory care, and dementia care
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of resident rights and medication administration protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
