SUMMARY: Administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintaining strong relationships with management and administration.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, time management and customer service.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
• Well-versed on job descriptions and the hiring needs of each department.
• Assists management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Point person to answer phones/assist visitors.
• Must consistently display and model the EdenHill Spirit hospitality behavior models.
• Computer Skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, able to join webinar as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
