As an Assisted Living Attendant / Medication Technician, you will support residents with daily living needs and assist with the safe administration of medications under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment while ensuring residents receive the care and attention they deserve.Key Responsibilities:Resident Care:

  • Assist residents with ADLs (hygiene, mobility, feeding)
  • Serve meals and assist residents who need help eating
  • Maintain clean, safe resident rooms
  • Accurately administer medications per physician orders
  • Document medication administration and report changes
  • Maintain organized, secure medication carts and records
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff

Medication Technician Duties:

  • Accurately administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Document medication administration and report any changes in resident condition.
  • Maintain knowledge of common medications, side effects, and proper storage.
  • Ensure medication carts and records are organized, secure, and compliant with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident care and medication needs.

Open Shifts Available:

  • Full-Time: 7-3, 3-11 and PRN opportunities.
  • Schedule 4 on 2 off Rotation including weekend and holiday rotations.
  • FREE CNA Training Program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
