We are currently seeking a phenomenal Receiving Coordinator to join our Team!

Coordination of “receiving in”, all Raw Materials, Supplies and or Equipment in alignment with the receiving process QSP and assuring all received have met required quality standards and all transactions have been received into our SAP System. Assuring safe delivery and scanning to the proper storage locations. Primary responsibility for inbound logistics but will support all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

What does Typical day look like?
  • Unload inbound Raw Materials, Supplies and or Equipment, conduct inventory movements in SAP and in the warehouse storage locations to meet production requirements
  • Inspecting shipments as per the packing slip, inventory tickets, bill of lading, RMA etc. to ensure conformance to specified requirements
  • Ensure all received items meet all quality requirements including completion of all related paperwork
  • Controlling, reviewing, and disposing of any non-conforming product as per Control of Nonconforming Product process
  • Maintain managed warehouse bin management, ingredient allocation, inventory control
  • Complete required qualification testing and receive operator's license for all powered lift trucks required to unload and put away all items received
  • Must meet and maintain all FTZ employment requirements
  • Must be trained to be a back-up coordinator for the Shipping Coordinator when needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Inventory Management
  • Document inventory transactions using the ERP system (SAP)
  • Participation in the cycle counts
  • Participate in Inventory counts
  • Proactively identify and report inventory inaccuracy issues

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What you offer us:
  • 2 Years of related experience in warehouse operations including: pick and pack, shipping and receiving, inventory management
  • 2 yrs. experience in loading / unloading trucks and containers from a shipping dock
  • 2 yrs. experience in safe operations of a forklift
  • Hands on Working knowledge of SAP required
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including word processing, spreadsheets, and basic file structure. Must be proficient with Excel
  • Experience shipping and receiving products in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to accurately document dimensions and weight of products
  • Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to take initiative and work independently
